Production Time

1. The estimated production time will be listed on your quote. Lead time is indicated by the number of working days to produce your project. Saturday and Sunday are not normal work days.
2. Production times are approximate. Specific shipping dates will be confirmed with the Account Executive handling your project.
3. Production times listed on your quote are subject to change after review of artwork.

Artwork

Artwork needs to be complete and in a useable format. The following are acceptable:

1. Clean Black & White camera ready art. Faxes, business cards and letterhead are not camera ready.
2. E-mail the artwork to us in the following formats
3. Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
4. Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

* All type must be converted to paths / curves before saving to disk.

Color Matching

1. Any color other than our standard colors will require a matching charge of $35.00 per color.
2. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A PERFECT MATCH due to varying compatibility of surfaces, materials, paints, adhesive vinyls, and industry related color availability.
3. Please submit a generally recognized industry color specification system to be matched (PMS).
4. Color matching charges apply to repeat orders.
